Memorial Weekend

We had such a great weekend. Holly and Mike came into town early Thursday morning. Holly and I went to Amanda's batchelorette party on Thursday night and had a lot of fun and were even home early!

Amanda's wedding was on Saturday. I took Emily against my better judgement, don't get me wrong I LOVE hanging out with her. But, right now she is at the stage where she doesn't want to say still and I couldn't just let her crawl around on the floor. She was a little cranky (I think she's getting more teeth), so I was out in the lobby for the majority of the time and left around 8:00. I wished I would have gotten to stay because I heard it was a blast.

Sunday. Steve and I went to Westwood Gardens and used my $50 gift card. I could have spend hours and more than $50 in there!! That night we (my Mom, Holly, Mike, Steve, Emily and I) had a great dinner at our house and played Wii.

Monday, Steve and I worked in the yard and planted all the flowers we got. We wet to Lowe's and got a bench for our flower bed. It looks so much better. We took a walk to the pond and Steve went fishing. He caught a little bitty bass and of course Emily wanted to touch it (and did).
