Applesauce!

Still loving everything!

Peaches!

We started Emmy on fruit since she loved all the veggies. I don't think I'm going to have a picky eater, but we'll see. I wouldn't know where she got that. I'm sort of picky, not bad. But, Steve is SOOO picky. I say that's my excuse for not cooking! :)

Crafty!

I made this onesies for Valentine's Day and St. Patrick's Day this morning for Emily. They are just iron-ons, but I thought they were so cute. She got some leopard pants from Nana that will look really cute with the heart onesie!

Obamicon'd

Emily has been Obamicon'd...click here to do one yourself. I choose "change" since she is ever changing!

Green Beans!

If you know me, you know this messy face is giving me anxiety attacks. Kids with messy faces and snotty noses are a pet peeve of mine. Of course, I know that they will get dirty. But, it drives me crazy when parents let it dry and get crusty on their face. How would you like to walk around with dried and crusty food on your face?? Ok, I'm off my soapbox!

She is such a messy eater! It doesn't help that every time I go to put the spoon in her mouth she decides that she wants to suck her thumb. So, she gets it all over her hands and then puts it in her hair and all over her face. We've tried prunes and peas too now. She's loved them all!

This is the cutest messy face I've ever seen!

Ice Ice Baby...

WOW! I've never seen anything like it. We had an ice storm that started on Tuesday. The weather man had said it was coming, but it always seems to miss us. Not this time! We lost our power around 4 on Tuesday afternoon and got it back 3 to 4 hours later. I thought I was going to die in those few hours! Little did I know...we were lucky!! We lost power again on Thursday, but only for about an hour. Several of our branches at work were without power and didn't open. The paper said the storm left more than an inch of solid ice and 100,000 people without power. My Mom and our friends Joe and Emily didn't have power so they stayed with us until today when it finally came back on. Here are some pictures of our house, neighborhood and around town.

Giggles!

Emily was sitting on my lap tonight and just started laughing for no reason! Of course I had the camera right next to me, so I caught it. I know it's really dark, but I just like hearing her!
